Unrushed is a browser extension that hides manufactured urgency messaging on Booking.com.
What Unrushed does: Unrushed reads the content of Booking.com pages you visit in your own browser and hides or replaces specific text patterns (scarcity claims, countdown timers, deal badges, suspicious discounts) using rules built into the extension itself.
What Unrushed does NOT do:
Data storage: Unrushed stores your feature preferences (which toggles you've turned on or off) locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else.
Permissions: Unrushed requests access only to Booking.com pages (://.booking.com/*) in order to read and modify the page content you're viewing. It does not request access to any other website.
Changes to this policy: If Unrushed's functionality changes in the future (for example, if optional analytics or a paid tier are introduced), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly disclosed.
